Chito Miranda’s Story on How He Quit Smoking and His Secret To Avoid Smoking

Chito Miranda from Parokya ni Edgar shared how he quitted smoking almost 2 decades ago.

His story starts when he was still in Grade 6 in 1992,

“Nag-yoyosi pala ako dati hahaha! I started smoking no’ng Grade 6 ako. Subok-subok lang para cool kunyari. Tapos medyo dumalas no’ng second year highschool dahil kay Buwi hehe! That was 1992,” as he said.

He admitted that it was hard for him to sing if he hadn’t had even a puff of smoke.

Rakenrol, e,” as he stated.

It was difficult for him at first, but he got used to it soon,

Wala naman yatang nakapansin hahaha!”, he said.
“You simply need to be stronger than your cravings, and remind yourself why nag-quit ka in the first place. Cheers!”, he ended.
